This policy governs all withdrawal requests on CloudCaarl. Please read it carefully before submitting a withdrawal.
To request a withdrawal, you must meet all of the following conditions:
The minimum single withdrawal amount is $200.00 USD. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per request, but requests over $1,000 may require additional verification at admin discretion.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method you registered during KYC. Supported methods are:
To change your payment method, you must update your KYC details. Contact support at least 5 business days before submitting a withdrawal if you need to update your payment details.
Withdrawals go through the following stages:
Standard processing time from submission to payment: 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, this may extend to 7 business days. You will receive a platform notification at every status change.
When you submit a withdrawal request, the requested amount is immediately deducted from your available balance. If the withdrawal is rejected, the full amount is returned to your balance instantly.
A withdrawal may be rejected for the following reasons:
Rejected withdrawals are refunded to your balance. You may resubmit after resolving the issue.
CloudCaarl does not withhold taxes on behalf of earners. You are responsible for reporting all earnings to your relevant tax authority. US earners who earn over $600 in a calendar year may receive a 1099 form as required by IRS regulations.
Withdrawals flagged as potentially fraudulent will be placed on hold pending investigation. This includes requests from accounts with unusual task patterns, mismatched KYC data, or multiple accounts linked to the same payment method.
